We offer online and in-person naturopathic consultations.

Online consultations are held through a secure Telehealth platform and are available Australia-wide. These consultations provide an opportunity to relax in the comfort of your own home while we discuss your health concerns, delving deep to uncover the root cause of your imbalance.

Your personalised treatment plan is emailed to you, and if an individualised prescription tailored to your unique health needs is recommended, delivery of your prescription to your door can be arranged.

    for new clients only

    In your initial consultation, we take a comprehensive case history to understand you as a whole person and uncover the root origin of your imbalance. We will discuss your most concerning health issues, multiple body systems, personal & family medical history, your current diet and lifestyle patterns, analyse pathology test results, and perform physical assessments such as tongue and nail analysis as required.

    Referrals for functional testing and/or standard pathology may be recommended to gain a deeper understanding of the root cause of your presentation.

    We will work together to create your Personalised Treatment Plan which may include dietary recommendations and lifestyle strategies. Depending on your individual needs, a bespoke prescription of herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, homeopathic remedies and/or flower essences tailored to your unique health needs may be prescribed if deemed necessary by your practitioner.

    for existing clients only

    In your follow-up consultations, we continue to build upon the information gathered in previous consultations to deepen our understanding of your case, monitor your progress, assess your response to treatment protocols, and address any new health concerns. We will review any testing requested during previous consultations and discuss the findings with you in detail.

    Your Personalised Treatment Plan will be adjusted accordingly to ensure continued support towards your health goals. Depending on your individual needs, referral for further testing and/or a bespoke prescription may be recommended or renewed.

  • $80 | 20mins

    for existing clients only

    This short consultation is to address acute symptoms such as a cold. It is also used for brief check-ins with your practitioner if you need a top-up on your current prescription before refilling your script.

    These consultations are not suitable for addressing new or ongoing health issues, which require a follow up consultation for a comprehensive approach.

    In this consultation, we focus on identifying and addressing unresolved emotional patterns that may be contributing to your health issues. The aim of this consultation is to help release emotional blockages stored in the body, which may be acting as barriers to healing. Through a combination of muscle testing and guided questions, we work to clear these emotional patterns, helping to restore balance and improve your overall wellbeing.

OUR CONSULTATION PROCESS

01 | PRIOR TO YOUR CONSULTATION

Once your consultation is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your appointment details and a link to fill out your New Client Intake Form.

This form must be completed and returned at least 48 hours prior to your consultation. This gives us time to review your information and get a head start on uncovering the root cause of your health imbalance, ensuring we make the most of our time together.

02 | INITIAL CONSULTATION

Through a comprehensive case analysis, the purpose of your initial consultation is to begin to understand you as a whole person and uncover the root cause of your health imbalance.

Depending on your individual needs, referral for further pathology or functional testing and/or a bespoke prescription of of herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, homeopathic remedies or flower essences may be recommended.

03| AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION

Based on your initial consultation, we may recommend functional testing, standard pathology or request additional information to gain a deeper understanding of your health. This allows us to connect the dots and identify the root cause of your health imbalance.

Your first follow-up consultation is usually booked 2 - 4 weeks after your initial consultation, which allows time for your test results to be received.

04 | FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION

At your first follow-up consultation, you will receive an in-depth analysis of your test results, along with your Personalised Treatment Plan carefully tailored to your unique individual health needs and goals. A copy of your plan will be emailed to you after your consultation.

If your consultation was conducted online and a bespoke prescription was recommended as part of your treatment plan, we can arrange to have your prescription delivered to your door.

Ongoing follow up consultations are booked according to your individual needs, usually every 4-6 weeks. As healing progresses, these appointment may be spaced out further to support your long-term wellness.
