CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations by you
We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We respect that your time is valuable and we kindly ask that you respect our time. If for some reasons you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. This, in consideration of others, allows me to reschedule in clients from our waiting list.
We will endeavour to send a reminder email 72 hours prior to your appointment. This is a courtesy email and does not relieve you of the responsibility to attend.
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel without adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice, there are no fees to cancel your appointment. While prepayments are non-refundable, if you would prefer to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $60 fee.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your consultation fee.
Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time, but the full consultation fee will still apply. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the full consultation fee will be charged.
You can provide adequate notice via email. These details are listed in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancellations by us
We appreciate your consideration of our time and will express the same consideration for yours. In a case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance we are unable to attend a consultation, we will notify you in writing. We will refund any monies paid upfront by you for the consultation. We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the cancellation.
